Sweden to appoint Jan Andersson?

Speculation in Sweden says that Jan Andersson will replace Erik Hamren as head coach of the national team after Euro 2016.

Reports in Sweden have claimed that Jan Andersson will soon be appointed the new head coach of the national team.

The 53-year-old is highly rated in his homeland, having last year guided IFK Norrkoping to a first league title since 1989.

According to media outlets Fotbollskanalen and Expressen, his work has captured the attention of the Swedish Football Federation.

Andersson will replace Erik Hamren, who recently confirmed that he will step down from the position after Euro 2016.
