Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy is not prepared to allow Harry Kane to leave the club this summer, according to a report.

Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy is allegedly not prepared to allow Harry Kane to leave the club during this summer's transfer window.

On Thursday evening, a report claimed that Manchester City had agreed a £160m deal with Spurs for the transfer of the England captain.

However, the Premier League champions have allegedly since made it clear that they will not be spending that amount on the 27-year-old in the current market.

According to the Daily Mail, Levy's stance has not changed, with the Tottenham chairman adamant that the centre-forward will not be leaving the club during this summer's transfer window.

Man City are said to be prepared to be patient when it comes to their pursuit of Kane, but Pep Guardiola's side not thought to be willing to pay over £100m for his services.

The England international scored 33 goals and registered 17 assists in 49 appearances for Spurs during the 2020-21 campaign, while he netted four times in seven outings for his country at Euro 2020.
