Tottenham Hotspur will be looking to return to winning ways in the Premier League when they continue their 2020-21 campaign away to Brighton & Hove Albion on Sunday evening.

Spurs saw an eight-game unbeaten run in all competitions come to an end on Thursday as they suffered a 3-1 home defeat to champions Liverpool in the league.

As a result, Jose Mourinho's side remain in sixth position in the table, now eight points behind leaders Manchester City on the same number of matches.

Tottenham will again be without the services of Sergio Reguilon this weekend due to a muscular problem, and it is currently unclear when the summer arrival might be available for selection once again.


Giovani Lo Celso

Giovani Lo Celso has been sidelined since picking up a hamstring problem in December, and there is currently no return date for the Argentine, meaning that he is also definitely out of the trip to Brighton.

Possible return date: Unknown

Dele Alli, who has struggled for regular action this season, is currently on the sidelines with a tendon problem, while the speculation surrounding his future continues, with Paris Saint-Germain said to be keen to take him on loan for the remainder of the 2020-21 campaign.


Harry Kane

Harry Kane had to be replaced at the interval of Thursday's clash with Liverpool after picking up injuries to both of his ankles in the first half. The England international, who has 12 goals and 11 assists in the Premier League this season, is now facing "a few weeks" on the sidelines.
