Team News: Nine changes for Norwich City

Norwich City make nine changes to their team as they host Bournemouth in the Championship this afternoon.

Norwich City manager Neil Adams has made nine changes to his team for the visit of Bournemouth to Carrow Road this afternoon.

Steven Whittaker and Russell Martin are the only survivors from Tuesday's 3-1 League Cup second-round victory over Crawley Town, while Lewis Grabban starts against the side for whom he scored 22 goals last term.

Bournemouth - who thrashed Northampton Town 3-0 in midweek - have also changed more than half of their side.

Simon Francis, Tommy Elphick, Charlie Daniels, Harry Arter, Junior Stanislas and Callum Wilson are the six changes made by Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe.

Norwich City: Ruddy; Whittaker, Martin, Turner, Garrido; Tettey, Johnson; Lafferty, Hoolahan, Redmond; Grabban

Bournemouth: Camp, Francis, Cook, Elphick, Daniels, Fraser, Arter, O'Kane, Gosling, Stanislas, Wilson
