Danske Bank have extended their sponsorship of the Irish Premiership for another season, after agreeing a deal with the Northern Ireland Football League.

The 2015-16 season will be the fourth that Danske Bank have sponsored.

"To extend our partnership with Danske Bank is fantastic news for the NIFL, our clubs and our supporters," said NIFL managing director Andrew Johnston.

"Since we formed in 2013, attendances increased 5% in the first year and this season they are up by another 14.5%."

Premiership leaders Crusaders are currently nine points clear at the top of the league having lost only four games all season.
