Leicester City are reportedly keen to sign Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic this summer.

Leicester City are reportedly keen to bring Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic to the King Power Stadium during this summer's transfer window.

The 32-year-old was a regular for the Red Devils during the 2020-21 campaign, making 36 appearances in all competitions, and he still has two years left to run on his current deal.

Matic is down the pecking order when it comes to the starting midfield spots at Old Trafford, though, and he could struggle to secure regular minutes in the Premier League next term.

According to Italian journalist Rudy Galetti, there is 'serious interest' from Leicester in the Serbia international, who could potentially be available for a fee in the region of £11m.

Matic has made 157 appearances for the 20-time English champions since making the move from Chelsea in July 2017.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side are thought to be keen to sign a new central midfielder this summer, with West Ham United's Declan Rice believed to be a leading target for the club.
