Rubin Kazan attacker Wakaso Mubarak joins Las Palmas on a season-long loan deal.

Newly-promoted La Liga club Las Palmas have boosted their squad with the signing of Ghana international Wakaso Mubarak on loan from Rubin Kazan.

The 25-year-old moved to Rubin from Espanyol in 2013, but struggled to make his mark in Russia and spent last season loan at Celtic.

The 31-time international footballer has now been granted another loan move and will play for his fourth Spanish club following previous spells at Villarreal and Elche.

Wakaso, who is primarily an attacker, could make his Las Palmas debut in the trip to Celta Vigo on September 13.
