Arturo Vidal: 'Brazil win is our dream'

Arturo Vidal is confident that Chile can spring a surprise against Brazil this weekend.

Arturo Vidal has insisted that victory over host nation Brazil will be a dream outcome for Chile this weekend, and claims that their triumph over Spain will help their chances against La Selecao.

The midfielder sat out the 2-0 defeat against the Netherlands as he is one card away from suspension, but Vidal is adamant that he will start in Belo Horizonte.

He told FIFA.com: "I'll play the round-of-16 match on Saturday. I wouldn't miss it for the world. Brazil has often been Chile's nemesis but football changes, new generations come and new players appear.

"Beating Brazil? That's our dream. Chile can create a surprise. We've beaten the world champions, so we can beat Brazil."

Vidal's future with Juventus has been called into the question this week, as the midfielder is linked with a move away from Turin.
