The Chelsea board are reportedly unhappy with how academy graduate Callum Hudson-Odoi has been used by head coach Maurizio Sarri.

The Chelsea board have reportedly been left unhappy with Callum Hudson-Odoi's lack of game time since the turn of the year.

The Blues have been forced to reject a number of offers for the academy graduate from Bayern Munich, and it has been suggested that the 18-year-old is keen to secure a move to the German giants.

Chelsea have kept Hudson-Odoi at Stamford Bridge in the hope that the youngster will change his stance on an exit, but the player remains on the fringes of Maurizio Sarri's first-team squad.

According to The Mirror, that has resulted in the club's hierarchy being left unhappy, with officials behind the scenes keen to see the winger be given opportunities in the first team.

Hudson-Odoi is likely to start the Europa League fixture with Malmo on Thursday night, but the teenager remains with just 74 minutes of Premier League football this season.

The report adds that that Chelsea may be prepared to keep Hudson-Odoi until the end of his contract - which expires in 2020 - in an effort to convince him to stay.
