A report claims that Arsenal youngster Eddie Nketiah has signed his first professional contract with the Gunners.

Arsenal youngster Eddie Nketiah has reportedly signed his first professional contract with the Gunners.

The 17-year-old, who has been compared to former Arsenal forward Ian Wright, topped the scoring charts at Under-18 level last season with 24 goals in 28 appearances.

It had been claimed that a clutch of Premier League clubs were interested in signing the forward, but according to ESPN, Nketiah has put pen to paper on a three-year contract at the Emirates Stadium.

The teenager joined Arsenal in 2015 after being released by Chelsea at the age of 14.
