Five transfers you should bet on happening during the summer window

While the majority of high-profile clubs will be more focused on sales this summer, certain teams around Europe will want to capitalise on the restricted market.

The financial problems brought on by the coronavirus pandemic means that none of European football's top clubs have escaped making a loss over the past 14 months, and that will have consequences for the activity during the upcoming transfer window. However, while many owners will want to ensure that unwanted players are removed from their books, opportunities will also arise where managers will encourage their bosses to take advantage of the market. The futures of Kylian Mbappe and Erling Braut Haaland are going to get played out in the media, but we feel that punters should be placing their bets on other transfers materialising over the coming months.

Just like punters can benefit from using Hyperino Casino, one team stands to pull off one of the transfers of the summer if they can sign Gianluigi Donnarumma on a free transfer. The goalkeeper may still sign a new deal with his boyhood club AC Milan, but much could depend on which Serie A clubs qualify for the Champions League. While Milan currently hold a small advantage over Juventus in Italy's top flight, we feel that there is every reason why punters should be taking the 2/1 on offer for Donnarumma to move to Turin. With Gianluigi Buffon having already confirmed his exit and Wojciech Szczesny not regarded as indispensable, do not be surprised to see Juventus make a sustained effort for the 22-year-old.

Despite talk of Juventus not being able to satisfy the demands of Donnarumma's agent, they can get around that by parting ways with Cristiano Ronaldo. That would not be an easy decision by any means, but club officials will be happy to get the Portuguese superstar off their wage bill. Although the veteran forward would have his pick of clubs, links with boyhood team Sporting Lisbon are growing stronger by the week. Having won Primeira Liga, Sporting can offer Ronaldo an emotional return and Champions League football, while the player's mother has been quoted as saying that she wants her son to play in Lisbon again. As it stands, this transfer is available at 25/1, but those betting odds will not last for long.

After months of speculation, it appears likely that Hector Bellerin will end his long-term association with Arsenal this summer. While the Spaniard has not produced his best form for a number of years, there is interest from several big clubs. Paris Saint-Germain, currently priced at 11/4, appear to be the frontrunners, but Real Madrid will be in in the market for a right-back if Lucas Vazquez and Alvaro Odriozola depart the Bernabeu. At 18/1, bookmakers feel Los Blancos will not look to sign Bellerin, but there are worse bets to be had before the summer.

Staying with Real Madrid, and they may feel more inclined to commit to signing Eduardo Camavinga. It has become increasingly apparent this season that they desperately require fresh legs in the centre of midfield, and the Rennes teenager could be the man to add some energy in the middle of the pitch. With just a year remaining on his contract, there is an opportunity to sign the 18-year-old for a cut-price fee, and Real should certainly not be priced as high as 5/1 to get a deal over the line.

Harry Kane is expected to tell Tottenham Hotspur that he is open to leaving North London this summer, but do not expect any transfer to materialise in the current market. It's extremely unlikely that any team in Europe will be prepared to spend in excess of £100m on a player who will turn 28 years old in July, so taking the 8/15 on offer for the England international to stay at Spurs feels a relatively safe bet.
