Hector Bellerin remains confident that Arsenal will secure a top-four finish this season, despite dropping points against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.

Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin has insisted that he and his teammates have not given up hope of grabbing a top-four spot in the Premier League.

The North London outfit lost ground in the race when they suffered a 1-0 loss to arch rivals Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.

If Chelsea gain maximum points in their clash against West Bromwich Albion this evening, then Arsenal will be eight points adrift of fourth.

"There are still loads of games and big teams can lose against smaller teams," the London Evening Standard quotes Bellerin as saying. "It happens every week. We have the faith to make the top four and the Champions League next year.

"I feel like in the first half [against Tottenham] we were just waiting for things to happen, we didn't have the initiative to go forward, to keep the ball and that's our game and if we can't play our game things don't go our way so it's something to learn from."

Arsenal will get an opportunity to win silverware this weekend when they face Manchester City in the final of the EFL Cup.
