Mrs Brown's Boys is reportedly returning for its first full-length series in nine years.
The comedy, created by and starring Brendan O'Carroll, has been part of the BBC schedules since 2011 - but since 2013 it has only aired two festive specials each year.
According to The Sun, however, a new regular-length series will be filmed in April for broadcast later this year.
"Everyone is very excited," a show source told the newspaper. "It's lovely to be working on another series. The cast can't wait to see Brendan's scripts."
The BBC has yet to officially confirm the show's return.
