Holly Willoughby is "the happiest that she's ever been" and has no plans to leave This Morning, according to a spokesman.

Holly Willoughby has denied fresh speculation that she is gearing up to leave This Morning in the near future.

A report in The Sun had suggested that the 39-year-old is finding presenting the show for four days a week with Phillip Schofield a struggle and is keen to pursue more primetime TV hosting roles instead.

Speculation about Willoughby's future began earlier this year when she quit her role on Celebrity Juice after 12 years citing a desire to spend more time with her young family.

"Holly loves This Morning and working with Phil," a spokesman told the Daily Star.

"She is the happiest that she's ever been on the show and has no plans to leave."

Willoughby and Schofield are thought to have recently signed new £1 million deals to keep them on the show for a further year.
