Blanca Paloma has won Benidorm Fest 2023 and will therefore represent Spain at this year's Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool.
The 33-year-old finished fifth in the 2022 edition of the selection contest but returned this year with new song 'Eaea', which topped the voting with both the public and the Spanish jury.
Paloma beat off seven other competitors in the final of Benidorm Fest and her tally of 169 points was 24 points ahead of her nearest rival.
As Spain is one of the so-called 'Big Five' nations at Eurovision, Paloma will not be required to navigate a semi-final and instead will advance straight to the grand final of the competition on May 13.
